Property Sales / Leasing Service Charges

 

     
Property sales commission
(Commission for transaction price of HKD10,000,000 or above is negotiable.)		 Purchaser 1% of transaction price
Vendor 1% of transaction price
Property leasing commission
 Landlord 50% of monthly rental *
Tenant 50% of monthly rental

 

* For monthly rental of HKD10,000 or below, the property leasing commission paid by the landlord will be 70% of the monthly rental.

Remarks : The landlord/vendor who appoints Hang Seng Real Estate to arrange the property leasing or sale must pay a search fee of HKD200. (This fee will be deducted from the commission if the property is successfully let or sold by Hang Seng Real Estate.)

Hang Seng Real Estate reserves the right to change or amend the above service charges.
