Is it possible to obtain the owner's name, floor area, user and encumbrances in respect of a property from the estate agent?

By virtue of the Estate Agents Ordinance (Cap 511), after a property is accepted for listing, the estate agent must conduct a search at the Land Registry. Relevant information regarding ownership and encumbrances are required in preparing the Sale /Leasing Information Form (Form 1/2), which must be available upon client's request.

We can handle all the above for you, allowing you to enjoy the benefits of leasing without worrying about the day-to-day responsibilities.
